FAIR HEAD is an original mixed media painting and forms part of Frankie's 'Fair Head to Mussenden' Summer Art Exhibition 2026.
Inspired by the dramatic cliff at Fair Head, Northern Ireland's highest sea cliff, the painting looks across the bay at Ballycastle towards its distinctive headland. From the windswept marram grass in the foreground to the changing light dancing across the sea, it captures the atmosphere and sense of place that make this stretch of the North Coast so unforgettable.
Created from time spent sketching and observing the landscape, it is a personal response to a place Frankie has known and loved for many years.
